Plot thus far~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hitomi has been kidnapped by Dornkirk! Miguel, Shesta, Dallet, Varie and Celena are still stuck in Altantis. Unfortunately, for Varie, she's a bird. Meanwhile Jajuka and the rest of the Dragonslayers, including Van and Folken are on Earth, cause lots of havoc. Can Hitomi bring them back? And what about the Doppelgangers, and the crew aboard the Crusade?

 *smiles as the scientists take Yukari away.* Now, don't struggle my dear. Pretty soon, you'll won't know what hit you. *looks at his scientists.* Get her power. I don't care how! *turns back to his NOSE. still at the crusade. sees that the moleman has been left alone while the others are gathered around the comm.* Ah, now is my chance to get this one!

~~going after another one~~

 *glares at Shesta as he picks up the bird.* What's with you and that bird anyhow? *sighs* Never mind. *looks at Miguel.* Go after Dallet and bring him back. *looks out at the horizon.* I'm going to make a certain wish. *closes his eyes*

~~wishing for Van to appear so he can KILL him~~

 Snaps on his comm. "Dragon slayers! Head for that strange green light! Ignore the Escaflowne! It's that light we want! I believe we will return back home once we get into the light! Hurry! Don't let it get away from us!"

~~move it guys!~~

 *settles down immediately after Shesta picks her up. snuggles into his hands. notices movement out of the corner of her eye. sees the statue glaring at Shesta.* WHAT? PENCHA??? ARE YOU ALIVE??? but how?

~~getting scared~~

 *notices the Escaflowne acting strangely.* Folken-sama? I think the Escaflowne is preparing for an attack. It acts as if there is something coming at it.

~~the dragon slayers are cloaked~~

 *cringes as he understands the conversation.* they are talking about the Escaflowne? *dares to open the door a very slight crack and peep. quickly closes it.* i'm must be crazy!!! it looks like i'm aboard the Crusade!! i recognize it from the last fight! but, but, how did i get HERE?

~~oh oh~~

 *looks at Gaddes* You got the Escaflowne on the comm? *goes over and gives Merle a smile.* Told you that Lord Van is all right. *looks at Gaddes* Tell him to get back here! Tell him to hurry!

~~don't just stand there man!~~

 *hearts skips a beat! rushes over besides Gaddes! looks at the comm holding her breath* oh Lord Van! Please, come in ! PLEASE!!!

~~lord van!!!~~

 Looks thoughtful at Prince Chid. "You're right! Dopplegangers aren't from Freid! Hmmmm." Gets back up. "I have an idea on how they got here! Platku will know." Walks towards the door. "Chid, I want you to stay here." Walks out and up to the deck. Looks at a knight. "The Crusade is still with us right? I want you to board it. I want those three arrested."

~~they've caused it all!!!~~

 *rears Esca up into battle position* Alright, Hitomi... but right now I think the Dragonslayers are coming towards us for some reason. *sees the light glowing brighter* I don't know what's going on, but I think this light can take us back to Gaea. It brought you to me! We could loose the dragonslayers by trapping them here, but I don't know if they'll destroy your world or not. What do you want me to do about them? *hears a crackling transmisison coming through on his comm* The Crusade?? This is Van! I can hear you! Hitomi and I are on the Mystic moon, with four dragonslayers quickly approaching us...

~~yeah, I hear you!~~

 *feels a stab of pain suddenly* Ahh! *leans against the wall for support* Something... something's wrong with me.... *sees a flash of green, followed by Yukari's face* Yukari... something's happening to her!! And Hitomi.... For some reason, I think she's okay. But Yukari is in danger! *looks to Allen* I don't quite know how, but I can just feel it! She's in trouble.... *clenches his teeth* And short of teleporting after that old man, I don't know how we can reach her.

~~HIGHLY upset~~

 *rubs at his eyes again* Eh? My eyes are bugging me, Guimel... but I bet they would have burned outta my head if you hadn't have been there. Thanks for helping me. And yeah, Jajuka. I'm heading for Escaflowne now. *smirks* Besides, if we follow Van Fanel long enough, we're sure to run into Dilandau-sama again eventually.

~~Yeah, I'm goin...~~

 *searches for a signal* Right boss, right. What happened to Escaflowne? It's not coming up at all... did it get destroyed? *sees a very faint signal* Got him! *tunes in the comm* Hey! Van Fanel! Can you hear me? Come in! This is the Crusade! Come in!!

~~please answer...~~

 Alright! *grins and follows Jajuka* It's about time we got out of this heck hole. I HATE it here. Hey, Gatti, how are you doing anyway? Are your eyes better? *sighs* I hate this place. These magicans really hurt him...and that could've been me...I can't wait to leave!

~~I'm coming to ya, Escaflowne!!~~

 Of course Dryden. Those are very sensible rules. We wouldn't do such silly things anyway..*gives Millerna a look*..would we Millerna. *smiles at Dryden* Anyway, thank you for taking us along. I know how much responsibility this must be for you. One should expect such things if one is going to be King of Asturia though... *approaches the shipyard and stares at Dryden's merchant ship* Ah...He wasn't kidding about not having much defense...oh boy...

~~I'm not impressed with your ship~~

 *gives Grava a big smile* I knew my father's army could get rid of those...*remembers the doppelganger and shudders*...creatures. *shakes his head and sighs* Though I wonder why they were out here. Don't you find that strange, Grandfather?

~~doppelgangers aren't native to Freid you know...~~

 *falls on the ground after numorous slaps* Haaaiiii, Dilandau-sama! *wobbles over to the statue* I'm going to take you with me, Varie. I don't want Dilandau-sama to kill you...*looks up and notices the statue is glaring* Oh no, I'm not listening to you!!! This woman will die if she stays here! *hears the booming voice in his head and tilts his head to the side* See..I made the bird quiet sir. SHUTUP!! I'm taking her!! And you can't stop me!! *stiffly walks back to Dilandau and Miguel and shakes his head*

~~is this how Dallet feels?~~

 How dare you stick your tongue out at me? *roars* Don't you know who I am? I am the leader of Zaibach, the most powerful force on Gaea! I shall take over planet! You will NOT talk to me that way! *looks at his scientists* I want you to take this girl to your lab and, *grins wickedly,* teach this girl some manners!

 *glares at Shesta* WHO ARE YOU TALKING TO? *walks up to him and slaps him hard across the face.* Don't you DARE tell me that YOU"RE hearing voices too!!! It's bad enough that Dallet hears them, *looks at varie* Why is that bird making such a racket? *growls at Shesta.* You better do something with that thing before i cut it in two. *scowls over at Miguel* DON"T YOU JUST STAND THERE! Find that stupid MORON! *turns back to Shesta* SHUT THAT HORRIBLE CREATURE UP NOW!!!! *slaps Shesta again!*

 *finds himself inside a small room* uh? where am i? it..it looks like a comm room, a very small one at that. *hears some voices.* strange, those voices sound familiar but i can't picture the owners right now. *quietly goes over to the door and presses his ear against it.* what? did i hear someone mentioning Van's name?

~~guess where i am~~

 Goes into the room where Prince Chid is. "Ah, Chid," sits down on the edge of the bed. "Come here son." Smiles. "I'm so glad that you're safe. And your home is safe too." Frowns a bit and then smiles again. "Apparently the dopplegangers were scared off by your father's army! They have fled. You'll be home in no time."

~~comforting Chid~~

 *breathes a small sigh of relief.* at last someone is going to try and reach lord Van. oh Lord Van, i hope you're all right.

~~on needles and pins~~

 *flaps her one good wing feverishly while cooing frantically* NO!!! NO you silly man! don't leave me here! *hops to the edge of the statue's hands cooing even more loudly*

~~DON"T LEAVE ME HERE!!!!~~

 "Viole, are you sure you're seeing a green light from Escaflowne?" hmmmm, this is interesting. why would the escaflowne be a key in taking us from this world? Remembers the draconians flying aboard the Flying Fortress. could that boy from fanelia have something to do with the draconians? Remembers Folken's sudden appearance aboard the Flying Fortress, black wings bursting from his back. "Viole, I've got you on my radar. Gatti, I think we should head over there. I believe Viole is right. I think Escaflowne may be our ticket back home."

~~putting two and two together~~

 *gives gaddes an inpatient look.* all right! but you must hurry! as we talk, the crusade is getting further and further away from zaibach as we go closer and closer to freid.

~~you got 5 minutes~~

 BOSS! Wait a second! *grabs ahold of Allen's arm* This is something I do NOT want you to do! You ain't in any condition to go to Zaibach in your guymelef! You're gonna get yourself killed. No, maybe the kitten there's right. Maybe if we can contact Van things will work out better. Just wait for a sec, will ya? I'll do my best to track Escaflowne on the comm system. *goes over to the comm console, keeping an eye on Allen* I don't know how long this'll take, since you didn't get a response from the young king the first time you tried to reach him. *starts fiddling around with things* I'll find him, I promise.

~~No, no you can't do that and LIVE, boss...~~

 *nods* Alright. Ah, here! *bows slightly to both princesses* Let me carry your luggage. *takes their bags and heads for the shipyard* Now remember... *grows serious* When we're aboard my ship, NEITHER of you are to go above deck unless necessary. Understood? You're no help to anyone if you're dead. We're going to Fried to search for the missing passengers of the Crusade, and that's all. If there's a fight going on, as your father suspects, we are NOT getting involved. *smirks* Beisdes, it's not like there's much I could do besides defense anyway.

~~just setting some ground rules...~~

 None. I have NO powers at all. *glares at Dornkirk* I don't get visions. I've only been in this world for two days. So even if your scientists KILL me, they won't find anything. I have NO power! I've never been able to tell fortunes or anything like that. *sticks out her toungue* I know you don't believe me, but I'm telling the truth! If I can distract this horrible old creature, maybe... if Hitomi-chan is here... maybe I can buy her some time to escape or something...

 *watches Shesta in quiet shock* Dallet's gone from Atlantis now, I bet... but why would Shesta leave the bird with that draconian? *fingers the feather in his pocket and looks back at the statue and bird* I... I think that light is the way OUT of Atlantis, Dilandau-sama. I'm not sure why... *takes a big step away from Shesta* Wow, he's really gone crazy. What should I do? Should I try to convince Dilandau-sama to leave? Is his wish theory thingie real? I don't know what to believe anymore! What are your orders, sir?

~~well, I have my feather back...~~

 Van..*frowns and shakes her head* Of course I want to go back!! I don't want to leave my friends behind in Gaea...and...I don't want to leave you... *shakes her and smiles* I'm going back to Gaea Van, and there is nothing you can say to make me stay here. *feels the green light get stronger* I hope he isn't mad... *spots something odd* What's that...?

~~I wouldn't leave you Van!~~

 *grabs her suitcases and goes over to Eries* Yes, I'm ready! Let's go! I wonder why she is so pouty? If she doesn't want to go, then she should say so. It's not like I'm making her... *goes back into the comm room and smiles at Dryden* Ok, we are ready to go to Freid!

~~anxious to go~~

 *bits his upper lip* Who the heck is Pencha? And what is Dallet muttering about? *sighs and watches Dallet disappear* Gah! *looks at Dilandau and shakes his head* I...I don't know where Dallet has gone Dilandau-sama. *hears a voice in his head that tells him to put Varie on the statue* Wha..? *turns and sees the statue right being Miguel, and it's glaring at him* Ahhhh, Miguel, was that behind you before..*feels his head throbbing as the statue yells at him to put Varie on it* OKKKKK!! I will! SHUTUP!! *runs over to the statue and puts Varie on it* There..please leave me alone. *gives Varie a sad smile* This statue wants you stay here. It is your home, right? So it will be ok....

~~now, I'm really crazy!~~

 Doot, doot, doot. No Dilandau-sama. *stops his melef and listens to Jajuka and Gatti* Hmmmm, I wonder if Folken-sama knows the way out...*stares at a green light coming from Escaflowne* Wha...? *flips on his comm* You guys, I see a strange light. And it's coming from Escaflowne. What do you want me to do...?

~~I found the light!!~~

 *looks over to where Naria pointed* What is that? It's really odd...It kinda reminds me of that light we went into to get here. *gasps and looks at Folken and Naria* It's that girl! She's going to go back Gaea, and she's our ticket outta of here!! *gives Folken a worried glance* At least, that's what I think...

~~I could be wrong you know...~~

 *grins wickedly at Yukari.* I know you have a source of power like that other girl does. However, I don't think it is in your pendant. So, *looks evilly at her* you have three seconds to tell me what your source of power is or I'll have my scientists find it for me.

~~speak girl~~

 *is lost in her own thoughts. senses something. turns and sees a green light coming from far below.* FOLKEN-SAMA! *looks at her love.* What is that? *points to the green glow*

~~what's that?~~

 *sees Dallet disappearing in the light.* DALLET!!! *rushes forward. looks at Shesta.* Well? Where is Dallet?

~~what happened?~~

 Sighs. "You're right Gatti. We should notify Folken-sama. I'll talk to him." Snaps on his comm to Folken's channel. "Folken-sama! I am with the other dragon slayers, well, three of them. We are looking for a way back to our world. You wouldn't happen to know the way, would you sir?"

~~do YOU know the way out?~~

 *is stunned by dallet's words* he said pencha! but, but how? how in the world could that man know about pencha? pencha died over 25 years ago! how can this be?

~~getting scared~~

 *stares blankly as Allen walks by. looks at the moleman* he can't go to Zaibach alone. *turns towards Gaddes* he's hurt! you can't let him go alone! *looks down at the forest below.* VAN! *turns back to Gaddes.* Please! Call Lord VAN! He'll help Allen!

~~call him PLEASE~~

 *turns and smiles at Shesta* Pencha says for you NOT to bring the bird. Pencha says that the bird belongs here! You mustn't take the bird back to Gaea with you. The bird must stay here. *pauses and see dilandau-sama coming towards them.* Sir! This way. *runs into the green light*

~~being dallet~~

 Your magesty! Sir! I must go to Zaibach! *realizes that the king is no longer on the comm. curses under his breath. looks at Gaddes.* We must go to Zaibach. Both Hitomi and Yukari are depending on us. But I cannot disobey my king. *curses some more. glares at the silent comm. turns back to Gaddes* I have no choice. I shall use the Schezarade to get to Zaibach. I know that they will see me coming, but again, I have no choice. Gaddes, you take the Crusade to Freid. I will meet up with you later. *turns to Amano* I need you to take care of Merle for me. *grimaces and heads to the Schezarade*

~~is planning to walk to Zaibach~~

 Satisified with his demands, turns back to his knight. "It appears that Freid is safe, for the moment. I want you to tell the fleet to circle about. Make sure that Freid is indeed safe. Then have the fleet go back home." Rubs his forehead. "I am tired. I will go below and check on my grandson. Let me know when we reach the city of Freid." Turns and heads back down.

~~going to talk with Chid~~

 *hangs back for a moment, still staring at the statue* It's eyes just moved. I know they did. *sees the wings flash with feathers for a moment* Ah... *reaches out and quietly takes one of the feathers* I don't know what's going on.... but this statue means something important. *nods at the statue and pockets the feather* Hmph. Crazy? I'M not the crazy one, Dilandau-sama!! *rubs at his face and quickly goes to catch up to the others*

~~I've got my feather back!~~

 There was a bright green light coming from the jewel in Escaflowne right before you appeared... I think it's a way of teleportation! Maybe it can get us back to Gaea.... Ah! *catches himself* Does she WANT to go back to Gaea? *speaks in a pouty voice* You don't HAVE to come back or anything since you finally made it to your world again...

~~Don't leave me...~~

 *pauses for a moment, thinking* Yes, Jajuka, you're right. But... Folken-sama is here. Personally, I would be happy to just leave him and those obnoxious cats of his here. But what if Dornkirk-sama gets angry with us for leaving him behind? Dilandau-sama may get in trouble for us... That is... providing we even FIND Dilandau-sama! So unfortunately, I think we need to tell Folken-sama that we are trying to find a way out. That way, if he wants to stay, we can't be held accountable for anything he does. Any objections or comments on this? *pauses and listens to Guimel* Guimel, you're right! But I thought the light vanished after we appeared...

 *clenches his teeth* NO! Yukari!! Now I've lost BOTH of them!! *looks at Allen and nods* I've never been in a battle, but I have had experience with swords before. I never would have thought those Kendo lessons would pay off like this!

 *winces as Dilandau smacks Miguel and watches him leave* Sorry Miguel, but thanks. *tucks Varie under, so noone can see her easily and whispers to her* Sorry about this, but I can't let you go, but I don't want Dilandau-sama to find you either...*stops and stare at the statue and sees it eyes move* Aahhh! *runs ahead and stops and hears Dallet in the green light* What? What do you want? Oh, I've gotten rid of the bird already, sheesh! I hope you can't see her. And what was up with that statue?

~~kinda freaked~~

 *rolls her eyes and follows Millerna* It looks like Millerna always get her way... *sighs and notices that Millerna is looking at her* What is it sister? We shouldn't waste time, I'm sure we need to go. I'll meet you in your room. *walks off and goes into her room* Life is so ironic sometimes. Oh well...*gets her suitcase and leaves the room* Millerna better be ready, and not for the trip, but what she may find in Freid.... *walks into her room* I have my things, are you ready?

 DARN! If Dilandau-sama isn't here...*sighs and listens to Gatti and Jajuka* A way out? Geez, I don't how we got here..wait a min... *flips on his comm* Didn't we come here through a light or something? Shouldn't we just find that light again and go through it right? Hey! Perhaps that's what Dilandau-sama did!!! Uh..does anyone know where that light is...?

~~if it's still here, that is...~~

 *sighs and sits down* Well this is boring. I don't have much to do here...*thinks of Voris* Oh Voris, are you going to be mad with me, sneaking off to go to Asturia? *looks towards the window* I did that because I wanted to be on my own and I was bored too...*sighs*

~~bored and thinking out loud~~

 *at Yukari's outburst, calls for his guards. orders them to seize her when they come rushing in. smiles at Yukari* Welcome my dear, *says in an evil mocking tone* my, aren't you the feisty one? you have much more spirit than that other girl. i can use you.

 *is shocked at the statue* wow! it's pencha again! how did he move that statue so quickly? What? oh i see. yes, yes of course. *realizes that dilly-boy wants him to led the way. turns and quickly goes to the strange green light.* this is GREAT!! Dilandau-sama wants ME to go first..ME!!! tough luck Shesta. looks like i'm going to be his favorite!. What? *stops short* What did you say? leave the bird behind? *turns to Shesta.* they want you to leave the bird.

~~hey man! lose the bird~~

 What? *turns to Miguel* You're right! *gives Dallet a look* Those voices ARE coming from draconians. Maybe we shouldn't be so hasty to go over there. *hears Miguel's excited comments about the statue. looks at the statue and gives Miguel a smack* WHAT"S THE MATTER WITH YOU??? That's just a statue! Who cares? *glowers at Shesta, Miguel and Dallet* I should kill the whole lot of you! You're ALL crazy!! Dallet! YOU go towards the light. We will follow. *turns back to Miguel* Unless YOU rather stay here with your marble friend! And Shesta! GET RID OF THAT BIRD!! *turns away in disgust and starts heading towards the light.*

~~dallet! YOU go FIRST!~~

 *feels her heart skip a beat as Gaddes tells of Yukari's disappearance.* oh what does that horrible old man want with the mystic moon people? why does he continue to take them? *grasps moleman's hand harder. listens as Allen talks with the Duke of Freid.* at least there's something good happening. the dopplegangers also have disappeared. *smiles.* must be Lord Van's doing! *heart skips more beats as Allen's calls for Van go unanswered. feels her chest tightening. looks at the Moleman with huge frightened eyes.* What's happening? Why doesn't Lord Van answer? *feels tears forming.*

~~VAAAAAAAAN~~

 Grabs the comm from his guard. Hears both the Duke and Allen's conversation. "What is this? Duke! I am relieved to know that Freid is safe. We are heading towards you. Allen? What is this? You're going to Ziabach? I ordered you not to! Ziabach is our friend. Going there will only cause trouble. Come back to Freid, IMMEDIATELY!!"

 Scowls. the others may be right. i too am having my doubts that dilly-boy is around. "Gatti! I suggest that you and the other dragon slayers start looking for a way out of this world and back to ours." Sighs. "I don't think Dilandau-sama is in this world."

~~where are you dilly-boy???~~

 *coos a sigh of relief as Miguel finally decides to help Shesta.* oh thank goodness that he listen to Shesta. that light, *stares at the green light* there's something evil about it. i can feel it. *hears Miguel. turns and looks at the statue.* what? it IS back! but, but how? why is the statue of pencha following us?

~~this is curious~~

 *frowns* how is it that Folken-sama ALWAYS seem to notice Eyria over me? first it was that pretty necklace and when she lost it, Folken-sama gave her an even prettier one. now, when we are in the middle of... *looks around* of who knows where with that strange kid and werid girl, Folken-sama takes time to comfort Eyria. why am i always forgotten? *chokes back at sob.*

~~siiiiiigh~~

 *looks at Gaddes* Dornkirk? *frowns. goes over to merle.* i'm so sorry my young kitty, but i have to turn the crusade toward Zaibach. the King will understand, that i cannot join his forces in Freid as will Van. Merle, I will try and contact him and tell him where we are. We shall fly down low and see if we can see him before we leave Freid. *goes back to Gaddes. places a hand on his shoulder.* Gaddes, don't worry. We shall get both young ladies back. *turns to Amano* Can you handle a sword? *hears one of his men. grabs the comm* Duke? Duke of Freid? Sir! I know you're under attack but the Crusade must go...what's that? *looks puzzeled at Gaddes.* You're NOT under attack? But what about the dopplegangers? They're gone? Are you sure? *breathes a sigh of relief.* The King of Aston is heading towards you with Prince Chid. They'll be happy to hear that everything is okay. *tunes his comm to Van* Van? Van? Can you hear me? *looks at Gaddes* Van?

~~this is bad~~

 *flies out and does his best to scan for Dilly* There's no sign of him in this direction!! *dodges an airplane* What the heck was THAT?? *pauses* A ship without levistones? What kind of... ah nevermind. It's the mystic moon... and it's full of wizardry. *continues searching for Dilly and turns on his comm to all the dragonslayers* Gatti reporting... He's definately nowhere out here. I see NO signs of him. Unless either you, Jajuka, or Guimel finds him, I think Viole is right. I really doubt Dilandau-sama is here...

~~loosing hope~~

 *hesitates for a moment as Yukari is snatched out of the air* Dornkirk... he's got some kind of hold on this ship! *grabs ahold of Amano's arm and pulls him back above deck* King or no King, I gotta tell the boss about this, and I gotta keep this last one safe!! *curses and spots Allen* BOSS!! *pauses and looks around quickly for the king. Not seeing him, continues* Boss, we got another problem!! Dornkirk's got Yukari! He just appeared, took her, and left again! He's got teleportation powers... I can't defend against that! *clenches his teeth* I'm sorry boss... I failed you. But we have to get her back!

~~feels pretty dang bad...~~

 *gives Shesta a long, hard look, then sighs* Yeah... Ah, hey Dallet... the voices are telling you to go there, right? *looks over at Dilly and keeps talking* Well, we already know that the voices in your head are draconians, and they're demons. So maybe this is just a trick to take away Dilandau-sama's wish... I don't know where Dilandau-sama even GOT the idea of a wish, but hopefully what I'm saying will make him hesitate in going for the light... Though Shesta better appreciate this! *spots that brand new statue again* What the?? *stops short* That statue was over THERE before! *waves his arm in a direction* There's something freaky about this thing...

~~er... always getting distracted.~~

 Hai, Jajuka!! flies around and spots Escaflowne flying by That's something you don't see everyday. Oh well. Wait! If Dilandau-sama is here, then he would be close by! He would always follow Escaflowne! zooms past Escaflowne and looks at his radar and then city below. He..he's not here...dang. *flips on his comm* Jajuka, I found Van and the Escaflowne. The aloof but concerned sister of Millerna. She remembers all too well Allen's past and cannot stand by and watch as Millerna falls for Allen's charm. Normally, the line of royal succession goes first to the oldest male and female child, but the burden of the throne rests on younger Millerna, not Eries.

The Emperor of Zaibach, the most powerful nation on Gaea. He is an extremely old man, over 200 years old who is so old that he needs to be strapped to a giant machine, the Fate Redirector Machine. From here he hopes to change the fate of Gaea with the power of Atlantis.

The dragonslayer that seems to get beaten up by Dilandau. When Dilandau is mad, he and Gatti always speak their minds, not caring if Dilandau will hit them, as long as Dilandau-sama is okay! The shortest dragonslayer, and the abused dragonslayer...^^;

Van's mother that disappeared ten years ago looking for her older son (Van's older brother) after he himself disappeared during the dragon-slaying pre-coronation ritual.

As a national-record-holding sprinter and all-around friendly person, Amano gained popularity among his peers at Kamakura-Kita High School. He plays no small role in Hitomi's decision to join the track team at the high school, and her crush on him manifests itself in front of Hitomi's best friend Yukari as well as Amano himself.

~~Dryden Faasa~~ 
The son of Meiden. Like his father, he is a rich merchant. However, Dryden doesn't stay in Asturia, traveling all over the world.  He is also arranged to be married to Millerna.

~~Miguel~~ 
Another Dragonslayer with short brown hair. He is captured by Allen and the others and brought to a Freid Prison. There Zongi hypnotizes him into saying that Allen is a traitor who hopes to overthrow Asturia. Zongi lets him out, but Miguel foolishly tries to battle Escaflowne. His Guymelef is destroyed and Zongi proceeds to strangle him afterwards.

~~Viole~~
Another Dragonslayer with long curly black hair. We only see him when the Dragonslayers are all together, and outside of Dilandau asking for him after his death, he doesn't have much significance.

~~Eriya~~ 
She is the golden hair leopard twin who works for the Zaibach empire under Folken's command. Eriya and her sister Naria pilot a pair of melefs called teirings. Both are fiercly loyal to Folken, and in truth follow him, not Zaibach.

~~Naria~~ 
The silver hair leopard twin.  Also very loyal to Folken.  Both her and her sister are considered very, very lucky.  Naria has a bit of a temper though.

This old pickpocket somehow wins the trust of his companions and joins the Crusade crew.

~~Jajuka~~ 
After the complete annihilation of every Dragon Slayer under Dilandau's command, Jajuka becomes Dilandau's only subordinate. This dog-person offers Dilandau unfailing loyalty born of a common past.

The child prince.  He's a very level headed boy, for one so young.  He seems very mature for his age, and is understanding.  He likes Hitomi and her friends a lot, and looks up to Allen...

He is perhaps the DragonSlayers second in command. Gatti seems to push his luck with Dilandau just a little bit more than the other 'Slayers, occasionally speaking out of turn, or giving Dilandau the odd glare.

Playfully flippant at times but always understanding, Yukari is Hitomi's trusted friend as the two enter their first year of high school. Hitomi confided her affection for Amano on the high school track team to Yukari, and Yukari in return confided Amano's plans to leave Japan to study abroad.

The second-in-command to the dashing Asturian knight, and master of the airship Crusade, Allen Schezar. The two men seem to be close friends, and it is clear that Allen trusts and relies upon his sergeant absolutely. This trust is merited because Gaddes is loyal, efficient, courageous and practical to the core.
